Fire Risk Assessment

As well as consideration being required for developments and changes of use, the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 applies to all non-domestic premises, and it is a requirement to undertake a Fire Risk Assessment and to maintain a Fire Management Plan.
