Listed Buildings
When refurbishing a listed building, issues often need to be negotiated between the conservation officer and building control, especially when the nature of the listed building requirements are at odds with the building regulations.
This can have a knock-on effect on the proposed programme. We have experience of working on a variety of listed buildings, works ranging from minor refurbishments to conversions, extensions and major repairs. We have an excellent working knowledge of the specialist works that are required on the majority of listed buildings, and additionally have good working relationships with specialist contractors.
